Ad Campaign Review: DKNY Jeans Spring 2011





Energy, vibrance, movement, global, fast paced and New York City. These are the core values of the communication of DKNY and DKNY Jeans. The brand seems to have embraced again this vocabulary  producing splendid photographs that take them back to its origin.

DKNY is one of the first brands that caught my attention almost 10 years ago and made me have interest in fashion ad campaigns. I still remember the catalogues from 1999 that had Mark Vanderloo and Esther Cañadas as the brand faces.

I am glad to see that DKNY is back with these images that stick to their main premisse. Even if clothes are not about modernity right now, they stick to it's core.
